This case discussion from Dr David Stewart features a 39-year-old female patient who presented for a skin check with a new lesion on her foot that she had noticed only two weeks prior. She has no history of skin cancer.

Update

Dr Stewart arranged for the patient to return for a biopsy, but when she returned three weeks later, the lesion had completely disappeared! No biopsy was performed.
