This case, submitted by Dr Raghu Vasanthan, features a 68-year-old female patient with a lesion on her back that has possibly changed since her last skin check three months ago.

The lesion had previously been stable for the last 10+ years. The patient has a history of multiple BCCs.

What do you make of this lesion? What would you do next?

#### Update

Here is the pathology result.
